Q - What quality are YOLK shirts?
A - YOLK starts with Italian designed two-ply 100% cotton with a thread count between 100-120 threads per inch. Our shirts have split yokes, placket fronts, fused collars and double-stitched seams for enduring wear. In short, we're long on quality.

Where are YOLK shirts made?

A - YOLK shirts are made in Hong Kong, known for its outstanding tailoring. YOLK does not support sweatshops and we ensure that all staff work in a safe and supportive environment.
Q - How do you recommend caring for my YOLK shirts?
A - Just a warm hand or machine wash, no tumble-drying and no dry-cleaning. To make ironing easier, spray with water or iron while still slightly damp from the wash.
Q - How do I take my measurements?
A - The YOLK "Measuring Up" process details all the steps to successfully measuring yourself.
Q - Are the fabric colours on the website the true colour?
A - We take great care to represent the fabrics exactly. Limitations of colour reproduction and variations in the colour settings of your screen can result in some variation.
Q - Do you change your fabrics?
A - Yes - we're in the business of fashion and love to keep things fresh.

Q - How much do YOLK shirts cost?
A - YOLK shirts cost AUD$98 each and discounts up to 10% apply when multiple shirts are ordered - see our pricing page for more details. A postage and handling fee of AUD$10 is charged per order.

Do I need to pay customs or taxes?

A - Many countries such as Australia, Japan, Singapore and the USA do not charge customs duty or tax on small personal imports delivered through the post. Other countries may charge customs duty and tax which is payable by the purchaser. Please refer to your local Customs Department.

Q - How long does delivery take?
A - Our registered delivery service will take 10 - 15 working days to major cities. Peak periods and delivery to regional areas can take longer. Registered deliveries are trackable and must be signed for so please provide a daytime address for delivery, such as your office.

Can I receive my YOLK shirt any quicker?

A - Yes, we can express post your order at AUD$17. This service will take 6 - 8 days to major cities. YOLK uses the Hong Kong Speed Post service and once your order is dispatched you'll be sent the tracking number so you can follow your shirt's progress out in the big world.
Q - Can my shirt be delivered to a PO Box?
A - Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes by unregistered post. This option is not trackable and therefore not recommended.

Q - Is my personal information secure?
A - Yes. We don't trade in information - we trade on our reputation. YOLK will not disclose your personal details to third party organisations.

Is the payment system secure?

A - We use and trust PayPal's online payment system. We take payment fraud and privacy very seriously. PayPal assures us that personal information is stored in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the internet and their information practices are TRUSTe compliant. Refund
 
Q - What happens if I'm not happy with my shirt?
A - Simply return the shirt to us within one month of purchase - no questions asked. We can either refund the price or replace the shirt. Enclose the shipping receipt and we'll also cover the cost of postage.
